Return Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from joocyeebeauty.com, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of receipt (excluding opened products).
Refund conditions:
1. First you need to contact customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product, once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.
2. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or damaged item(excluding minor dust or defects on the package), we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/unqualified items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
3. If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Also, any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is an error on our part.
4. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please ship your item to the address provided in the email and provide us with a tracking number for your return and we will process your refund. Generally, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been processed, you can cancel the order within 2 hours after completing payment via email to our customer service at joocyee.service@joy-group.com, with your order number, contact info, and reasons to cancel.
We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.
