Standard shipping cost is $6.9 outside of free shipping promotions! FREE for orders over $49 USD.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your parcel online for the latest delivery information.
You may also choose to enter the tracking number manually at Track Your Order or 17track.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
To correct or change your address, please submit a Contact Form or email joocyee.official@joy-group.com as soon as possible. If your order is still processing or just shipped, we can notify our shipping partners to update the address, though this won't show in automatic updates.

What if my package is stolen?
We are aware of the rise in package theft, especially in the US. Unfortunately, Joocyee is not responsible for stolen packages.

What's your Tax Policy?
US
According to federal and state laws, orders from Joocyee are subject to sales tax based on the shipping address. The tax amount depends on the product and the delivery location. Please note that since tax rates vary by state and city, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
EU
Joocyee applies VAT to EU orders under €150 at checkout. For orders over €150, local customs will manage taxes and duties upon delivery.
If you are double-taxed on an order under €150, please submit a photo of the tax form for a refund.
Other Countries
For other countries, our shipping costs include all import duties, taxes and applicable fees. You should not be taxed any extra fees. However, if you are taxed by any chance when you receive the package, please email us at joocyee.service@joy-group.com and we will provide a refund of your tax value.

How to cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, you can cancel the order within 2 hours after completing payment, via emailing our customer service with your order number, contact info, and reasons to cancel.
We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.

Please contact our customer service with your order number and picture of received items within 7 days upon parcel arrives.

Yes, all of our products are vegan. We meticulously screen each formula to ensure it is free from animal-derived ingredients and avoid using them during product development whenever possible.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We ensure that our raw material suppliers and manufacturers do not conduct animal testing and are committed to alternative testing methods.

Our products are made in China. We maintain strict quality control and ensure that no animal testing is conducted.
